4. Use of AI Voice & Messaging Services
By using our AI communication tools (including live demos, call automation, or AI receptionist features), you consent to:
The recording and monitoring of interactions for quality and improvement purposes.
The lawful use of business contact information provided for demo and onboarding purposes.
You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity, including spam, fraud, or unauthorised data collection.
5. Payment and Subscription
Some of our Services require payment.
All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the associated fees, billing terms, and refund policy stated at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

We take your privacy seriously.

We may update, suspend, or modify our Services from time to time to improve performance or security.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CallMate AI will not be liable for:

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.

12. Refunds and Cancellations
All payments made for AI setup, onboarding, and subscription services are final once work has commenced.
You may cancel your service before setup begins for a full refund. After activation or delivery of onboarding materials, refunds are not available.
